* How it works :

 

 I typically first assess my clients over the phone for 30mns, free of charge, to get a good idea of   what their goals are, which also allows me to determine how I can better help them .

 This 30 mns appointment is either done in person or remotely via Zoom or Skype. However   please note that in person appointments are always preferred, if the client lives in my area,   as  in person coaching is always best.

                                                        * Very Important:

 Please note that I offer in home coaching services, I come to you, I do not offer in office   consultations, so if the sessions are scheduled in person, they will have to be scheduled at your   home or your office, whichever is more comfortable for you. You may either schedule in person   or remote sessions. 

*Also please note I do not accept insurance.

 At the end of the initial 30mns assessment, I will give the client the opportunity to sign up for   coaching sessions & we will schedule the first four sessions, after they are pre paid . 

 I coach my clients once a week, or twice a week, if they wish to do so.

*Please note it is preferred to commit to at least four sessions with me, as it is very unlikely         for you to start seeing results sooner than that, hence I always prefer at least a one month       commitment.

*Each session is an hour long, however I also offer one hour and a half long sessions if needed.

 

                                                        *My Fees :

 -Remote Sessions via Zoom or Skype:

 

* My fee for an hour is $ 150.

​

  You may choose to only purchase one session at a time,but please be advised that purchasing       session packages will be more cost effective & less per session. 

​

* Per month : ( 4 sessions/one session per week) are $ 585.

 

* 3 months :   ( 12 sessions/one session per week) are  $ 1780.

​

* My fee for an hour & a half is $ 220.

​

   -In Person Sessions:

​

* My Fee for an hour is $170.

​

* Per month : ( 4 sessions/one session per week) are $660.

​

* 3 months :  ( 12 sessions/one session per week) are $2015.

​

* My fee for an hour and a half is $ 250.

 

* I require for all sessions/packages to be paid in full prior to scheduling.

 

* Each appointment that is missed & not rescheduled at least 48 hours prior will be charged &     not refunded .

*Absolutely no refunds will be issued, except in the instance that your appointment is cancelled    at least 48 hours in advance.
